Do you work with lawyers or advisers?
Alongside them, never in their place. Our work accompanies that of your professionals; it neither replaces it nor interferes with it.
What guarantees do you offer?
No guarantee of outcome. We work only where the work is feasible, and we tell you so before we begin.
Who will know about my case?
Tony Alcalá and Patty García. No one else. There are no assistants, no shared files, no informed third parties.
How is the work invoiced?
Privately, and case by case. Terms are agreed before the intervention. Afterwards, no surprises.
Why is admission selective?
Because we accept only what we can attend to personally. Every case admitted receives everything. That obliges us to decline many.
Do you come to me, or do I come to you?
As you prefer. We travel in person to any country; the terms of each journey are agreed in private.
