How is the work invoiced?
Privately, and case by case. Terms are agreed before the intervention. Afterwards, no surprises.
Before, never after
The amount is stated and agreed before the first intervention, once the case is known. There is no per-minute meter, no charge per phone call, no urgency surcharge.
We publish no prices because the work is not comparable from one case to another. That does not mean the price is variable: it means it is set once, with you, and does not move afterwards.
The sign to watch for in anyone
If the amount rises once you appear desperate, that is not a method — it is an escalation. If «additional work» appears halfway through, likewise.
It is the sector's most common mechanic, and it always starts the same way: a promise of a result that later justifies a reinforcement, then another. That is why we promise no result — not out of caution, but because the promise is the doorway to escalation.
The first conversation
Presenting your case costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is read, you receive a reply, and you are told frankly whether there is anything to be done. Only if the case is admitted are terms discussed.
And if we decline, there is no invoice and no consideration of any kind.
What you may demand
- A fixed amount, stated before beginning.
- To know exactly what it covers and over what period.
- That no one asks you for an additional payment during the work.
- That they say no when the answer is no.
If your situation requires it, present it.
