Where the lawyer ends

We always say the same thing: we arrive once the others have done their work. It is worth explaining where exactly that border lies, because it is not rhetoric.

First, the correct order

If a situation has a legal, medical or financial dimension, the relevant professional must act first. Not afterwards, not in parallel: first.

We do not say this out of legal caution. We say it because that is how it works in practice: a shareholder dispute never taken to a lawyer is not a case for us, it is a case for a lawyer. Insomnia never raised with a doctor is not a case for us, it is a case for a doctor.

A large share of the requests we decline are exactly that. And we say so plainly, even when the person is willing to pay.

Where we begin

Once those professionals have worked and done their part well — and something still remains unresolved.

  • The agreement was properly signed, and the relationship broke down like the previous ones.
  • The numbers were right, the analysis was sound, and the deal turned out backwards for the third time.
  • The medical reports find nothing, and the person knows something is wrong.
  • Everyone is right individually, and the whole does not work.

That is where we are. Not before.

What we never do

We replace no one and contradict no one. We do not say whether a contract is valid. We give no opinion on any treatment. We recommend buying, selling or holding nothing.

When someone asks us for that, the answer is the same every time: it is not our terrain, and anyone telling you otherwise is exposing you.

Why this is an advantage for you

Because it tells you exactly what to expect. A professional who accepts every case is not being generous: they are being commercial. And in a field like this, accepting everything is the first warning sign.

If your situation is not for us, we will say so in the first conversation. It will save you time, and probably money.

If your situation requires it, present it.
