Why we keep no names
We keep no client file. No register, no list, no full names in the phone. It is worth explaining why, because it is not merely a nice sentence.
This is statistics, not marketing
Anything archived can leak one day. Through human error. Through an attack. Through someone who leaves. Through an heir who opens a folder twenty years later and does not understand what they are reading.
The only list that never leaks is the one that does not exist.
Anyone promising you «maximum security» over a file is promising something that does not depend on them alone. We prefer to remove the object of the risk.
What that means in practice
- There is no secretary who knows your name, because there is no secretary.
- There is no intermediary summarising your case for someone else.
- There is no reference list on which you might one day appear, not even as initials.
- The website stores nothing. When someone presents a case, the message travels straight to our phone. It passes through no database.
The price we pay for it
It is real, and we accept it. We cannot show you any case resembling yours. We have no testimonials to read. We cannot say «I worked with someone in your situation and it went well» — by far the most effective argument in this field.
And that is precisely why we do not use it: if we tell you another person's case today, you already know what we will do tomorrow with yours.
What you can verify
That a person answers you, not a switchboard. That it is the same person in the second conversation. That no one else ever mentions what you said. And that when the answer is no, we say it to you directly.
Little of that is verifiable in advance, we know. But it is the only honest thing we can offer before we know each other.
If your situation requires it, present it.
